We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.

Do you offer assembly services for large furniture items?

Yes, we offer White Glove Delivery and assembly services for an additional fee at checkout. Our professional team will deliver, unpack, and assemble your furniture in the room of your choice.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also view your order status by logging into your PartStore account.

What payment methods do you accept?

Are your products covered by a warranty?

All PartStore furniture items come with a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Decorative accessories and textiles are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
